Free Delivery on orders over £50 for England, Wales and most parts of Scotland

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with schula.co.uk, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

Delivery charge is from £1.99 for orders less than £50 for England, Wales and most parts of Scotland. Next Day before 10 am or before mid day and Saturday deliveries are available on extra cost. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and they normally deliver next day throughout England Wales and most of Scotland. All consignments leaving schula.co.uk are tracked and tracking numbers are available on request. Please note you will not receive a Tracking Number until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and status set to ‘shipped’. Please only try and track your order after you have received an email informing you your order has been shipped. This will normally arrive after 4pm on the day the order is dispatched. Please allow a further few hours for your number to become valid.

 For IV, PA postcodes channel islands and N. Ireland the delivery charges are £9.99+VAT. Free Delivery on orders over £100+VAT

Where any of the products on your order are not in stock at the time you place your order we will notify you immediately.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We will deliver anywhere within mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Some areas of Scotland (Highlands) and outlying Islands will require a surcharge to cover the additional postage. Please enquire if you require delivery to these areas before buying. We might be able to send them by recorded post at a cheaper cost for you.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery by courier is normally on a Monday - Friday within 72 hours of confirmed cleared payment funds. If payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow a few more days. Heavy items are normally delivered on a specific delivery date by prior arrangement by phone. Small items are sent Royal Mail and are typically delivered from 1 - 5 days after confirmed received clearance of funds. If you have any query about delivery times please call contact us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds are given if goods are returned within 7 days.

Please make sure,

(1) Goods are sent back in their original packaging and the packaging is undamaged.
(2) All parts are complete and undamaged with the product.
(3) Returns should be sent back by agreed methods. Please contact us for further details.

Schula.co.uk have no liability to you for any delay in delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. During transport network delays, strikes and adverse weather conditions Schula.co.uk will endeavour to keep you updated with the extent of any delays.
